Boiled vegetables+Thickened soup with noodles (large). NT$35, 75
Vegetables today are sweet potato leaves.
The thickened soup with noodles is a traditional Chinese meal, which can be dated back to the Chou dynasty.
It's said that it has smoother taste and easier to swallow for the elderlies. It's also benifitial to your spleen, according to an ancient Chinese recipe.
Tempura. NT$55
One of their signature dishes in my opinion.
My family and I always order tempura when we eat here.
Oyster omelet. NT$55
The one you see in the picture is with egg, but you can also order this dish without egg.
They use straw mushroom to replace the oysters. It's another signature dishe in my opinion.
The store is welcomed by people no matter they're vegetarian or not. There's always customers here no matter what time it is.
As mention above, they have a lot of varity of food for vegetarian to taste and Their business hour is pretty long as well. I think it's quite a nice place for vegans to enjoy local dishes and snacks.
